Returns

Eligibility

  • Non-personalized, non-engraved items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Engraved or personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
  • Gift cards.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us via our Contact Us page within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and reason for return.
  3. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Exchanges

Size Exchanges

  • We offer size exchanges on non-engraved rings within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn and in original condition.
  • Contact us to initiate an exchange and we'll guide you through the process.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective — including engraved pieces — please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include photos of the damage and your order number.
  • We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Gift Orders

If you received a Faie Jewels piece as a gift and would like to exchange it, please contact us with the order number (if available) and we'll do our best to assist you.


Shipping Protection

We strongly recommend adding Shipping Protection at checkout. Orders covered by Shipping Protection are eligible for a replacement or refund if lost, stolen, or damaged in transit — no questions asked.
