Personalization & Engraving
How does engraving work?
During product selection, you'll find a text field on the product page where you can enter your custom engraving text. Our team hand-reviews every order to ensure accuracy before production begins. Please double-check your spelling — engraved pieces are made to order and cannot be changed after production starts.
Can I preview my engraving before ordering?
We're working on a live engraving preview feature. In the meantime, our team will send you a digital proof for orders with complex engravings upon request. Contact us before placing your order if you'd like a preview.
What can I engrave?
You can engrave names, initials, dates, short phrases, or coordinates. Character limits vary by piece and are noted on each product page.
Materials & Quality
What materials are your pieces made from?
Our jewelry is crafted from 925 Sterling Silver and 18K Gold Plating over sterling silver. All pieces are nickel-free and hypoallergenic. Specific material details are listed on each product page.
Will my jewelry tarnish?
Sterling silver can tarnish over time with exposure to moisture, perfume, and air. To keep your pieces looking their best, store them in the included pouch or box when not wearing them, and avoid contact with lotions, perfumes, and water.
Sizing
How do I find my ring size?
We recommend using our Ring Sizing Chart for the most accurate measurement. You can also visit a local jeweler for a professional sizing. When in doubt, size up — rings can often be resized, but engraved rings cannot.
What if my ring doesn't fit?
If your non-engraved ring doesn't fit, we offer exchanges for a different size within 30 days of delivery. Please see our Return & Exchange Policy for full details.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard orders ship within 3–5 business days. Personalized and engraved orders require an additional 2–4 business days for production. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to select international destinations. International shipping times vary by location (typically 7–21 business days). Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also use our Track Your Order page anytime.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery. Engraved or custom pieces are final sale. Please visit our Return & Exchange Policy page for complete details.
Shipping Protection
What is Shipping Protection?
Shipping Protection covers your order against loss, theft, or damage in transit. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, we'll replace or refund your order at no additional cost. We strongly recommend adding Shipping Protection at checkout, especially for high-value or personalized pieces.
